Trip to Minnesota

We had a great time in Minnesota. We celebrated Kate's birthday with her Minnesota family on Memorial Day. The theme was "Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!" We went on an animal hunt with Kate and her cousins. They had to find wild animals (stuffed of course) in the the woods. Kate found a panther. We also went on a camping trip to Leech Lake. Kate loved riding on the boat and playing with the minnows. The weather was beautiful. The temperature was in the 60's and 70's but we still managed to get a little burned. We miss our Minnesota family so much. I'm so glad we got to stay for a full week. Kate loves her Gramma and Grampa. She also loves playing with her cousins. We can't wait to see them again. It will probably be a while since we'll have a baby coming soon!
